A Touch of Humor to Kick Start the Week
Hope your week is off and running in the right direction. Any new books on your TBR list? You have at least 1,000 to choose from each day. How about some publishing tidbits you'd like to share?

A thousand books a day? Whoa...
ReplyDeleteThat's a lot of books on daily basis. No wonder why it is so hard to stand above from the crowd.
ReplyDeleteWell, my week is starting with signal. Let's hope it stays like that. :)
Like Al Diaz, I can see why it's so difficult to stand above the crowd with there's so much coming out in the publishing world, no matter which route taken. WOW!
ReplyDeleteI'm starting the week off on a happy note revealing the cover for my novella, Frailties of the Bond. It's a YA story with a bite (hehe!)
So many books...so little time.
ReplyDeleteOne thousand?!!? No wonder there are so many terrific books I'm not aware of.
ReplyDeleteWow! I had no idea that 1000 books were published a day. That's a lot of books. Thanks for sharing the tidbit. Looks like none of us realized that.
ReplyDeleteI'm also surprised that 1000 books are published everyday!
ReplyDeleteJulie
That family drinks -a lot- of milk!!
ReplyDeleteGreat post:)
So many books...
ReplyDeleteMy kids totally think I am the only person qualified to see what there is to eat in the fridge and cupboards. What's up with that?
ReplyDelete1,000? Whoa! The competition is going to be steep on Thursday.
ReplyDeleteWow. A thousand a day. No wonder I'm having issues deciding on what to read next.
ReplyDelete1000 a day? how insane is that!
ReplyDelete1000 a day is both depressing and exciting all at the same time! Thanks for the plug. :D I'm very excited!!
ReplyDeleteIt's no surprise that publishers are looking for MG mysteries - I adored Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys when I was that age! :-)
ReplyDeleteI've always said the only thing I'll ever regret is I won't live long enough to read all the books I want to read. Now I know it for sure!
ReplyDeleteSeriously? 1000 books a day!?! Whoa.
ReplyDeleteAnd that fridge reminds me of mine when my three kids were all little ones. We'd go through 7 gallons of milk a week!
And a million books available on the Kindle right now.
ReplyDeleteThat's a lot of books. I'm not grateful for any sale I get.
ReplyDeleteWow! Lots of books! Thanks for the interesting post. Looking forward to checking out the links. :)
